Custom Sculpture Guide & Terms

Your story, carefully interpreted
We create personalized display sculptures from your photos, artwork and instructions. Website model demonstrations are digital previews unless a photograph is specifically identified as a finished physical piece. Scale, materials, lighting and screen settings can affect the finished appearance. We review likeness and the details you identify; a sculpture is an artistic interpretation rather than an exact photographic replica.
Your request and order
The sculpture builder provides a starting estimate. Submitting a request does not place a paid order or authorize production. We review the references, subject count, design and production requirements, then confirm the final price and timing before payment. Four or more subjects receive an individual quote. Each person, animal or character counts as one subject; the selected height includes the base and complete composition.
The product description and your order summary identify the selected sculpture, size, finish, included subjects, base, inscription and other options. Only the items and options listed in your order are included. Gallery scenes illustrate creative possibilities and do not add subjects or accessories to an order automatically.
Prices are in U.S. dollars unless checkout clearly shows another currency. The total, any applicable tax and any shipping upgrade are displayed before payment. If a request cannot be produced as ordered, we will contact you with alternatives or cancel and refund the affected order. Additional work or charges require your agreement.
Photos, artwork and permissions
Please provide clear references and identify the details that matter most. Check names, dates and inscriptions carefully. You must own or have permission to use the photographs, artwork, designs and likenesses you submit. An adult with appropriate permission must place an order involving a child’s artwork or likeness.
You give the studio and the service providers working on your order permission to use your submitted references to design, produce and support your sculpture. You retain your rights in your original content. This permission does not authorize us to use your references in advertising or a public gallery without your separate permission. Requests using third-party characters, trademarks or designs must respect the relevant rights; we may decline a request that we cannot fulfill lawfully.
Included digital preview and studio review
Every sculpture includes a studio review, a digital preview and one consolidated round of reasonable adjustments to the agreed design before production. We wait for your explicit approval of the preview before physical production; silence is not approval.
A different concept, a new subject, further adjustments or a substantial change of pose may need a separate quote. We explain any additional price before you agree to the work. Your response time can affect the schedule.
Production, shipping and refunds
The timing and delivery options confirmed for your order apply. Please read our Shipping & Production policy and Changes, Cancellations & Returns policy. Rush transit does not automatically shorten design or production time. If a promised shipping timeframe cannot be met, we will explain the delay and your cancellation/refund options as required by law.
Display and care
These pieces are decorative display keepsakes, not toys. Small or delicate parts may break. Keep sculptures out of reach of young children and pets, and follow any care instructions supplied with your piece.

Updates and your rights
The terms shown when you place your order apply to that order. We may update these pages for future orders. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that applicable consumer law does not allow us to exclude.
