Shipping & Production
Effective September 23, 2026. Your sculpture is made to order from your references and the details agreed for your piece.
Free standard shipping
Standard shipping is included in the displayed sculpture price for delivery within the contiguous United States: the 48 contiguous states and Washington, D.C. There is no separate standard-shipping charge for an eligible address.
Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, military addresses and destinations outside the United States are not included in this offer. Contact the studio before ordering for one of these destinations so we can confirm whether delivery is available and provide the full cost.
Rush shipping
When available, a rush shipping upgrade is quoted separately using the actual additional shipping cost above the standard service already included in your price. The charge is itemized and agreed before payment. Rush shipping speeds up transit; it does not automatically shorten sculpture design or production. Any expedited production arrangement must be separately confirmed.
Production and delivery timing
The product description or your individual quote will state the production estimate and the separate shipping estimate before you pay. Complete references and clear instructions help us begin. Your digital preview and one adjustment are included. We wait for your approval before physical production; if information or approval is outstanding, we explain its effect on the schedule. We do not guarantee arrival for an occasion unless we have confirmed that commitment in writing.
We provide tracking when your order ships. A tracking label alone does not mean a parcel has been handed to the carrier. If the tracking appears stalled or a parcel does not arrive as expected, contact us so we can investigate.
If there is a delay
If we cannot ship within the timeframe promised when you ordered, we will notify you with a revised estimate and explain your option to agree to the delay or cancel for a prompt refund, as required by applicable law. We will request consent when required and will not treat an unapproved extended delay as a new promise.
Delivery details and costs
Please check the delivery address before submitting your order. Contact us immediately if it needs correcting; changes may not be possible once a parcel is in transit. If a package is returned because the address supplied was incorrect, we will explain the actual redelivery cost and available options before charging you.
Any applicable tax and any agreed shipping upgrade are shown before payment. We will disclose any customer-payable import charges before accepting an order and will not knowingly leave an undisclosed import bill for you to resolve.
Damage or an incorrect item
Keep the sculpture and packaging and contact us promptly with your order number and photographs if possible. Our Changes, Cancellations & Returns policy explains the available remedies. Please contact us before sending a return.
